The journey of the JCK Construction began as a general contractor in the year 1999. With a strong commitment to excellence, improvement and understanding and delivering construction solutions that exceed the customer expectations have enabled JCK Construction to grow into a company with a significant capacity and impact in the construction industry. Then small company has grown and matured by facing and overcoming challenges, accumulating new skills & experiences and most importantly winning the trust of the valued customers.

As the company spread its wings and ventured into the consultancy and project management sectors diversifying and expanding the impact and the values produced to our trusted clients, the company has become a worthy competitor to the long standing giants in the construction and related industries.

With the view of streamlining the company operations and offering more quality service, JCK Construction has teamed up with national and international suppliers and sub-contractors. The collaborations have resulted in improved quality and reduction of cost of the projects undertaken. Together with the strategic collaborations and the utilization of cost- effective strategies, JCK Construction has the capacity to complete projects at affordable rates without compromising the quality.

The Management

JCK Construction is operated under the leadership and guidance of four directors whose collective experience and expertise over twenty years in the construction industry have enable the company to face any unforeseen challenge with confidence. The four directors are the driving force for the business development, procurement, project management and the administration of the company. The management team of the company proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.

Our People

One of the main pillars of the company success is the experienced and dedicated staff.JCK has attracted the service of industry professions with years of experience in their respective fields. With the aim of ensuring the health and safety of our staff, we have established occupational health and safety standards and all the members of the staff is required to adhere to the established safety protocols inside the construction site.

And in order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the required skills, knowledge and attitudes, a comprehensive training programme is put in place to regularly upgrade our people in technical and management skills.

The company firmly believes that providing the right training, accredited certification and practical knowledge for our people, enable them to execute their duties and responsibilities confidently and with the required quality.

Commenced with the dawn of the new millennium, JCK Construction survived, grew and expanded during socially, economically and politically challenging scenarios. We had to take bold initiatives to survive and thrive during those times where conventional business strategies became inadequate to successfully face and overcome those challenging times.

The journey has been challenging and at the same time a great learning experience for all of us. Every new project forced us to learn new skills and adopt new technologies to deliver an exceptional quality final creation. Today JCK Construction has grown and spread its wings beyond the construction and allied industries becoming a worthy competitor to the long standing giants in the industry.

We realized there are several factors for the steady success- the understanding of the needs of the people, utilizing cutting edge machineries and the commitment to continuous improvement.
